We had 2 families stay here for a total of 4 parents and 5 kids, and we had plenty of space. The couch in the living room was extremely comfortable and we spent some time watching FIFA on the huge TV. The kitchen had enough room and the appliances were in great shape. Most important was the short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and the quality of the provided chairs for the beach. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and are already talking about going back again next year.

We stayed here comfortably with the whole fam - 8 adults, 2 kids, and 1 toddler. It was perfect for our family vacation, since it was walking distance from the beach and the boardwalk and had beach equipment we could use. Rob was very communicative and accommodating. The place was clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again!

No complaints! Easy check in & check out, clean property and, accurate listing pictures. We will be back next year for sure.

This property was fantastic! It was spotless, well appointed, and a great/convenient location! We appreciated the "extras" that Robert provided, such as the beach buggy, beach chairs and boogie boards. Robert was also very responsive to my questions. Check in process was super easy as well. Highly recommend this property, and I look forward to staying here again.
