This place was very cozy and comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning! We saw an otter and Sea lion right off our deck within an hour of our arrival! The fire pit / garden area is very secluded and romantic. Hosts were very communicative and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you Kit and Dave for sharing this little delight with us.

The absolute best stay! The Boathouse is beautifully decorated and perfectly stocked. The view can't be beat. Sitting on the deck and watching the otters play was a highlight of our trip. We were within walking distance to the embarcadero and the Morro Rock, as well as restaurants, bars and shops. Excellent property, location and host!

We loved this vacation rental. It was so beautifully decorated, comfortable and in a great location right on the water. We watched sea otters and seals from the front deck. Just perfect for two people and a little dog!!

This was such a nice place to stay for my daughter's graduation from Cal Poly. It was only 15-20 minutes away from campus, but such a nice, quiet escape to an otherwise hectic weekend. Everything was in great shape. It felt like we were alone out there, even though there are other places nearby. The way it is situated is very private and very quiet! We only wish we had more time to hang out and relax. We will definitely be back!
