10/10. This place was perfect. This area of Topsail beach has a huge, uncrowded beach (and we stayed over July 4th week). Quick , safe walk to the beach. The house was excellent. Everything exceeded expectations. John’s communication prior, quick response to any questions, traffic tips, neighborhood tips, etc were great. Best communicating host I’ve ever dealt with. House has 4 large bedrooms. Every item was top notch (well equipped kitchen, all indoor and outdoor furniture was solid and seemed new, down to great pillows/mattresses. Nothing felt like a “rental”). Outdoor shower with hot water and a second area with a hose for cleaning off sand. House had an awesome grill, bikes, and beach toys if needed.

Our family of five stayed at this house during a recent trip to Topsail Beach. The house was in great shape and we appreciated the attention to detail that was put into some of the updates. It is a short walk to the beach or to the bay. The kids enjoyed the shed full of beach toys and the closet with board games. John was friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again!
