Wonderful historic miner's house in a perfect location for exploring the Keweenaw. It's close to everything we wanted to see and do. The host is friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. We happened to visit during an unusually hot and humid week so there were times we wished the house had air conditioning. That's not something we'd normally expect to need in the Keweenaw, though, and the owners provide plenty of fans. The house also stays cool for quite a while, so it was very manageable. We especially enjoyed the spacious rooms, the well-equipped kitchen with plenty of appliances and utensils, and relaxing around the fire ring in the evenings. This was our second stay here, and we hope to be back again soon!

House was excellent plan to go back next year. Don't bring anything stocked with everything you could think of or possibly need. Didn't commutate with host? On

The house was cozy and cute. Loved out stay and way, way better than a bunch of hotel rooms we would have needed.

Clean, has everything you need.
