We had to collect the keys from a completely different address and then travel on to our accommodation, which isn’t exactly the most pleasant experience at night

Poorly stocked toiletries. There was no soap, toilet paper or bin bags, even though we were asked to take our rubbish away with us

Very modern apartment with absolutely all facilies that normal family needs. We felt like home. Fridge is big enough, cooking area was also good and with all tools needed, we made several dinners easily - really like at home. Great positive was underground private parking - Your car is hidden from the scorching sun. Another good thing is location - hidden behind small "industry" area - it was absolutely quiet there, no screaming bars and clubs around. But 5 minutes of walk and You are at the train which will get You to all areas around - from Cannes to Nice, Monaco or Menton. InterMarche and Lidl stores are also within 5 minute walk - same as the beach - nearly empty (1st half of July), azure sea, showers available to wash off salt from Your body. Location of this apartment is really 10/10 or maybe even 12 out of 10 :D

Really hard to find any negatives - maybe the fact that AC output was only in the living room / kitchen area and not directed to bedrooms where its actually most needed. But thats just nitpicking :)
