The apartment is great! Spacious enough, and the AC is nice to have! Also “marche du soleil” is a very nice located complex, so always a good experience for us each time we stay there.

The agency dealing with the apartment is a pain, and made everything complicated, which is sad since everything else and the apartment is great. They are hard to reach, they force you to do self checkin and checkout far away from the apartment, they do not give much details, they have a complicated guarantee payment that goes outside of the booking system. In short, everything regarding the apartment is great. Everything with the agency is a pain.

Very clean and organized. A great array of equipment to cook with and especially impressed with the options to make coffee! Great balcony and wonderful view Comfortable beds and opportunities for cooling the apartment. Spacious and easy to be in. Good to have free parking.

The pool manager was rude and disrespectful and made the whole swimming experience unpleasant. Be careful with all the rules but even when the rules were followed he was unpleasant. Picking up the keys in another location added an another level of complexity and the garage was very small to maneuver. It’s important to include the many rules of the pool as they arent common worldwide.
