Many little things were taken care of, like there were a few coffee capsules, tea, milk in the fridge, a couple of big bottles if water, small kit for washing dishes (and a dishwasher which was a surprise as it wasn’t listed!), cooking utensils which weren’t just basic. The indoor garage was also a great advantage as parking in the area is not easy.
No air con in the bedroom. There is a fan but it’s not too quiet. The double bed was rather uncomfortable. Quite a lot of noise from the dual carriageway nearby. These are really the most important aspects of a holiday accommodation and hence the rating.

Close to the beach.
Rude staff couldn't understand for a long time hot water boiler is broken by previous tenants. Huge loss of time and stressful.
