Very nice home. Could have been little cleaner. Under kitchen table, dust and dog hair was bad also under beds. Loved open concept and large windows throughout home. Deck area was awesome but weather prevented us being out as much as we hoped. Didn’t get to use hot tub or fire pit either unfortunately.Would definitely come back.

Host was welcoming! Everything as pictured. Very roomy and lots of space to hang out. Very clean and will definately be back! Loved the fenced back yard.

Beautiful home with ample space for the two of us and our dog. Absolutely loved the back deck and the view. The fenced yard was a great bonus for Lucy, our dog; she was convinced there was something under the deck. Banner Elk was a great place to find places to eat and Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway were close by.

The house was great and had enough room for everyone. The only thing that would have been better is the house being cleaner upon arrival. Three comforters in the house had stains and looked dirty after inspecting them. The hot tub cover was falling apart and this led to the hot tub having a lot of tree debris lingering in it. The outdoor furniture did not look like it had been cleaned before we arrived (which I understand is outside, but the tree debris on the furniture looked old). In the bathroom, I was pretty disgusted to find a used band-aid lying in the center of the drain after taking a shower. The grass had not been cut prior to our arrival and it was long. Additionally, the bushes along the front walkway were overgrown and needed to be trimmed (they were covering the sidewalk so we had to walk in the grass). The pool table was pretty dirty as well, it needed a good brushing before we arrived. The cleaning could be a lot better and we were pretty disappointed in that. Overall, the house and the amenities were nice, but they definitely need to invest in some maintenance and upkeep and maybe more thorough inspections before releasing the house to their guests.
