Property was exactly as pictured. Not sure where the bad reviews came from. Yard was cut. Host was in communication. Ammeneties were sufficient and the location was amazing. Quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes to downtown and 30 min to the mountains. Plenty of space and clean bathrooms.

The home was very comfortable and had televisions in the bedrooms was a plus for sure, covered parking and location was pwrfect forn our situation

The house is old and not well maintained at all. Some electric outlets are loose.Photos make it look nothing like it really is. It might be acceptable at a lower price. The furnace was not functional on our first day and we had to buy a portable heater since the manager did not provide more than one small radiant heater. Thankfully it wasn't that cold. The furnace was fixed the next day after two repair crews took up more than half of our second day. Grass was very overgrown and the backyard was not clean as well.
