Just a few steps from Lake Lugano, in a delightfully sunny apartment complex, this modern, 1-bedroom holiday apartment for up to 4 guests is perfect for a restful vacation but also while in Lugano for work and business.
The air-conditioned apartment is located on the sixth floor (with lift access) and offers 2 private balconies, where you can take the first sip of your morning coffee with lovely views. Inside, the apartment features a light and airy living room with a sofa double bed, internet access and a Smart TV. The apartment is suitable for elderly guests.
The apartment does not feature a kitchen but has all essential amenities like a microwave, Nespresso machine, and boiler for a comfortable homestay. There is also a delightful restaurant - Ristorante Casa Emilia- located right below the apartment residence. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch on all weekdays and dinner on Thursdays and Fridays. A number of restaurants, bars and takeaways are just a few steps from the rental.

Overall great stay in Lugano. My only complaint would be there is no sink in the kitchenette area. Loved all the big windows and very comfy beds.

Air conditioner is a lifesaver for the July heat. The operation instruction of the A/C is not in an obvious place - had to message management company to get it to work for the second night, but they were responsive.
