We were not informed of an additional 40 fee until we after the reservation had already been booked.Unfortunately, the unit was not cleaned well. There were cigarette butts left on the balcony, the dishwasher had a strong odor resembling old fish, and the electrical breaker repeatedly tripped. In addition, there was no soap provided in the bathroom, and the drain plug did not work properly. On a positive note, the view was spectacular, and the location was very convenient. With better maintenance and clearer communication regarding fees, this property could provide a much better guest experience.
