Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great Location. Beautiful Home. All and all everything we needed in a vacation to make it memorable because we dont know if we all will be able to go on vacation together again anytime soon. Very Satisfied!

The location of this rental is excellent, and the home's floor plan is great. It was clean upon arrival, and we genuinely enjoyed the layout and the area's convenience. However, several maintenance issues definitely affected our stay.The washer and dishwasher were both not working, the kitchen faucet handle kept falling off, and the kitchen water pressure was very low due to the faucet head needing to be cleaned by a plumber. The main entry door and the balcony door did not latch properly, the hinge on the upstairs hall closet door was coming off the wall, and the pool light flickered throughout our stay. The light/fan in the master commode wouldn’t stay on, and two bulbs in the primary bathroom were out.Additionally, the amenity section doesn't state anywhere that there is an extra charge to heat the pool, which would’ve been helpful to know in advance.Overall, the home has potential and many positives, but the number of unresolved maintenance issues made our stay less comfortable than expected. Once these items are addressed, this could easily be a 5-star rental.
