Home fit our family of 9 perfectly. Some minor hiccups but the host responded quickly

The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. We paid for the heat in the pool and enjoyed using it. The resort pool was so much fun. The home is located in a great area, easy to get to all of the parks.

Plenty of room. Kids loved the private pool. Clubhouse amenities were great, though I do wish the splash pad had been heated like the rest of the pools. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall the property was very spacious and accommodating for a weekend trip with 3 families and children of various ages. It was very clean and host was very courteous and responsive in a timely manner. There were a few things we were made aware of upon arrival and doing a walk through that were not listed. I’m sure host will address these issues. The pool table is a bit wobbly and only one pool stick available as others were damaged. There also is no tv in game room as advertised in photos. The hot tub doesn’t warm. It is the same temperature as the pool. It does bubble. The pool lights didn’t work so we were unable to swim after sun started to go down. In all property was clean and well maintained otherwise.
