Nice place with great Lanai and pool/hotub setup overlooking the canal. Canal access for fishing, kayaking (2 kayaks and fishing equipment were provided with renta). Easy drive to beaches, downtown Ft Myers, and shopping/restaurants.

We rented this house for a week stay, to check out SW Florida.
House was clean, well stocked kitchen utensils, plenty of towels, etc.
Eric was a great communicator and we gave everything a well deserved 5 stars.

We had a wonderful time, the house is beautiful and super clean. The pool and jacuzzi are amazing with a beautiful view! We will come back for sure!

We loved the house and the amenities included! Our only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough!
