This single-story house made of rubble and local stone has the distinction of being the oldest in the hamlet. Facing south, this building is the typical historic home of winegrowers. It benefits from a large wooded park and a fruit garden, ideal for enjoying a convivial meal under the bicentennial lime trees. Inside, the house has new equipment for the house, a spacious living-dining room, a kitchen and three bedrooms, two bedrooms each equipped with a 160x200 bed and one bedroom with two 90x190 beds that can accommodate up to six people.
