KUMA Hotel Gyumri

Location is 15min walk to the center & you can find nearby restaurants and markets. Room was spacious & mini bar was complete ( though did not use) Breakfast is more than enough to prepare for your daily energy & options are enough.

We had a wonderful stay at Kuma! From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptionally well cared for. The interior is beautifully maintained, spotless, and very clean, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The breakfast deserves a special mention — it was absolutely amazing! There was a great variety of fresh, delicious options, and everything was beautifully presented. It was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, beautiful interiors, and such a fantastic breakfast made the experience truly enjoyable. You can tell that the hotel pays attention to the little details and genuinely cares about its guests. We would happily stay here again when visiting Gyumri and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay.

Stylish and cosy

Breakfast was good, particularly the selection of teas and omelette. However, it could be improved by adding sauces such as mustard and ketchup. For a four-star hotel, one would also expect a wider selection of cheese, sweets, including in-house pastries such as croissants, as well as chocolate spread, rather than supermarket-bought cookies and sweets.

It has a 24/7 restaurant as only 1-2 restaurant within 500 meter radius. I so like the reception that checked us in and out. She was very attentive, fluent in english, and very informative.

I was called at 11pm and the night reception insisted me to come the lobby when i was sleeping. Apparently only to fill up the breakfast form. Very unprofessional. No concierge, so when you have lots of luggages, be ready to pull them yourself. Parking is a bit challenging when you come during working hours. Room floor was super dirty.
