This is a beautiful townhouse within a quiet residential area so if you’re looking to party, do not book! The house was clean, in a good area & pretty close to Charlotte. The host was nice and had great communication. We had a great stay and would book again next time we visit Charlotte.

Everything was wonderful from the first line of communication to the checkout process. I was very pleased and will definitely book again.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The place was exactly as described and very clean. I truly had a great experience overall. It was comfortable, well-kept, and felt like a home away from home. The host had excellent communication and made everything easy from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again!

I was very pleased to be able to take my dog. The house was quiet. The main bedroom needs blackout drapes. Also the hvac system was set at 70 and could not be adjusted which is warm for sleeping to me. The area would be great if you were using the whitewater training camp but nothing else is close. The house was slightly grimy and needs a thorough cleaning. There was food on the floor in the kitchen from a previous visitor. Also the contract I received from the host wasn’t sent until the last minute and then it was wrong. It added undue stress to the trip.
