Property was in a great location and the yard was great for our dog. Very peaceful neighborhood and it was great that the property was on the water. It was very nice!

The size of the space was fine for our family of 4- a little far to walk to beach but the parking pass made it super easy to park literally right next to the beach entrance. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house could definitely be updated; dishes in the drawer were filthy- we had to run them in the dishwasher. There were 6 lights that needed new lightbulbs but when we contacted owner she responded somewhat promptly.
