Perfect home for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. Nice to have the pool and the separate garage apartment for the 1 and 3 year olds.

Great stay. Great communication.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house could be very beautiful. I understand it’s a rental but there is much wear and tear. It had possible mold in the upstairs bathroom, loose bath fixtures in the master bath and the area around the pool and the pool was not cleaned when we arrived. Also, we learned that there is no tram service & that is a deal breaker. We have children & it’s very inconvenient (even with bikes) to haul kids and belongings to the beach. Also, getting a beach chair was not easy as ever seemed to be reserved that was in front of Destin pointe. The MIL suite smelled musty and moldy.
