My husband & I found this to be prefect. Clean, quiet, plenty of books and family movies for entertainment. Five minute walk to the never crowded beach. Enjoyed coffee while watching sunrise on our large deck. Family oriented area. Five - 10 minute drive to local restaurants, grocery store, aquarium and ferry for a nice trip to Southport.

This is a nice location right on the beach. The owner thoughtfully decorated the unit. I liked the coffee makers. Could use more pans. Internet was good.
We found a dead cockroach on the floor in the kitchen.
The biggest issue we had was the beds. They were not comfortable. The master bedroom mattress was not great. The second bedroom mattress was terrible. Hopefully they get some new mattresses. We actually left a day early to go to a hotel so we could get a good night sleep on a better bed.
