Excellent communication! wagon, umbrella, sand toys made packing and beach visits so much easier! only issue we had was tons of ants in front outside area of unit where we sat to drink coffee. We had to come in because they were unbearable. Great location and friendly serbice

The host responded quickly to messages and when the wind had broken the umbrella they had it replaced for us quickly. The condo was beautiful and it was so nice having everything there to take to the beach with us. Would rent again

We really enjoyed our stay! Amazing location - it offers the best of both worlds (intercostal waterway one one side with a great dock for fishing, swimming pool and just on the other side of the road, white powdery sands and pretty teal colored water at the beach). The place was beautifully decorated and it was quiet and relaxing. Even though there were others staying at the Sea Club II, we rarely saw anyone. Some did hang out at the pool and a few at the dock, but for the most part, very few interactions with others. It was an awesome get away with the family. Min Lu is a fabulous host, who responded quickly to messages and was very friendly. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place. We will be back in touch with you next year for our annual family vacation.

While the renovations the owner highlighted in the listing were noticed and appreciated, other parts of the condo needed help. The toilet seat and toilet paper holder were falling off and the kitchen needed a bit more in the way of equipment. The beach wagon and umbrella were appreciated. The outside area was so dingy that we had no desire to sit there, although the pool and grassy lawn out back were nice. We were told at the beach gate that the fobs didn’t apply there but they finally let us in.
