The house was perfect for our trip to the Redmile racetrack. Very convenient to downtown too. The house had everything we needed and the game room was as such a big hit with the family. Host was so helpful and a really good communicator. The bedding and shower curtains coordinated so well it made me feel like I could have done the decorating. Very welcoming.

We rented this property for a bachelor party to tour some bourbon distilleries in the area and go to Keenland race track. There were eight of us in the group and we all had our own bed which were divided amongst different rooms. There was a nice pergola and table on the back deck just outside of the kitchen, next to a nice large table in the kitchen, which was adjacent to the living room with the TV. We were all able to spread out yet be close enough for the camaraderie. The host was super communicative from the day I booked the property through checkout. His description of the property and surrounding stores and amenities was accurate and extremely helpful.Without reservation, I would recommend this property for anyone with a large group.

This house was perfect for our group of 7 friends. Great location near the Horse Park, comfortable furnishings, nice indoor & outdoor dining areas for gathering, lots of convenient spots to charge devices. Great communication with host, easy in and out. Terrific experience; would happily stay again. :)

We were in town for the Keeneland races. The property was a 10-15 Uber ride from Keeneland. All beds were super comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked. A propane BBQ was in back (which we used). Game room was used after the races each day. Communication with host was very good. Will definitely stay again.
