House was clean, cute and well stocked. The backyard was not small dog friendly. Gate had huge gaps and not the best shape. Perimeter most of the yard had big piles of lumber and yard debris making it a hazard and lots of unwanted critters.

Cozy, comfortable, family-friendly, well-stocked home. Very comfortable beds and couches. Beautifully decorated, nicely updated. Nice big fenced yard with outdoor seating. Easy to communicate with host. House is situated in a convenient neighborhood location, within walking distance of the historic downtown area, which has a great selection of fun shops and restaurants. Also within a short drive to recreation areas, state and national parks, zip lining, horseback riding, canoeing/kayaking, hiking, swimming, and springs. The home was very clean with just one exception -- one of the shower stalls didn't seem to be cleaned very thoroughly. Everything was in good working order except that we had some trouble getting the guest bathroom door to close completely. Overall highly recommend.

Clean, host is great

The house was perfect for our Thanksgiving trip to visit our son. The house is so cute and the fenced backyard was great for our dogs. We had everything we needed and were close to downtown. We would definitely come back!
