Bardzo dobre urozmaicone śniadanie, obiekt czysty ,duży pokój.Położenie koło centrum handlowego z różnorodnoscią restauracji.Najbliższe metro dość daleko ok. 700-800 m.Taksówki dość tanie.
Fatalny internet ,praktycznie nie można z niego korzystać.Nie nadaje się do zastosowań biznesowych.Mało i nudne kanały TV.Opisy w pokoju hotelowym np.TV,klimatyzacja, pralka w j.chińskim.

Location is great except that Didi driver has a hard time getting to our location. The hallway AC was not turned on most of the time and can be quite hot and stuffy. The chamber team were great and helpful.
It took one of our room AC a few hours to cool the room down. Otherwise it was good.,

It’s my second stay in this property and everything was great with nothing changed negatively. With my Genius 3 level they upgraded me and the room was great and I extended my stay by an extra 3 nights. The Breakfast is excellent, predominantly Chinese but with many international items like cereal, croissants, fried eggs or omelette with sausages. The nice Finnish Sauna and well equipped Gym are excellent for tired business travellers.
Nothing except one small point - the outsourced massage on the top floor at a price of US$ 90/- (01 hour Balinese style) was relatively expensive and in fact much more than the cost of a night at the hotel. As I was there during the National holiday there was no other nearby option and the massage was OK.

The breakfast spread was acceptable; nothing exceptionally good nor bad. The accommodation was conveniently located in the vicinity of shopping mall and eateries.
Upon arrival at the entrance on the ground level, we were greeted by young guest assistant. Being foreigners, we were not very well versed with the local language and unfortunately the young guest assistant was not conversant in English. It would be very helpful if Somerset could deploy a more experienced guest assistant to guide guest to the reception level since the reception was not located on ground level.
