2BR Free Parking Walk to Convention Center

The location was perfect for our needs, a conference, and close to lots of great dining. The free parking was a bonus and appreciated. It was easy to find and access. The parking and unlocking instructions were spot on. The space was pleasant and mostly quiet.

It was dark, because of the need to close curtains for privacy during the day, and no views... just roofs and other building walls, and no patio. Lack of a dishwasher, lack of an oven tray for reheating pizza, curled area rug and slippery area rug in the bathroom. The space was a little chilly at night and in the mornings and there were no extra blankets for the beds. We didn't find the thermostat and the instructions for it until the last day. My friend used the blanket from one of the extra beds to stay warmer at night.

Owner communications were timely and excellent

Decor is very basic. Privacy curtains could be better.

Great location in the heart of Gaslamp district, but still very quiet. We were attending a conference in the Convention Centre and this was the perfect location for that - less than 10 minutes walk away and a fraction of the price of the overpriced hotels.

The apartment was fine for what it is - very traditional building and some of the fixtures and fittings could be updated. Also there weren't any proper wardrobes which was a bit of an issue as I was there for 7 days. Overall these are minor things.

Lovely airy apartment, great communication from host , laundry facilities were great to have, parking closeby was a bonus.

Beds not very comfortable and location isn’t great for a family stay with kids. More suited to those looking to party all night
