Fox Hotel The Hague Scheveningen

The location was perfect for me because the tram stop was right across the street. I was happy to find out that you can ask for a hairdryer because it was a real need for me but on booking this wasn’t mentioned.It was a small room but I was surprised to see that I have all I need in it and I loved it because it was clean and it smells like new furniture. The check-in/check-out was extremely easy even if it is a self check-in. I am a very particular person when it comes to cleanliness, and I really have no complaints.

I didn’t like the fact that even if you choose a room with window you can’t open it.

Clean, compact, modern well-designed unit of bed and spacious bathroom. Great bed and bedding. Amazing sensor-activated night lights at floor level which open/shut automatically, in addition to other well- planned lighting. Helpful staff in navigating the TV ( only on-site 11:00-19:00) or checkin issues/questions.

The amount of on-line communication. Sign of the times.

Close to the beach and amenities.

Location is surrounded by homeless, no staff in the evening so if you come in alone it does not feel safe. Windowless rooms give an alternate reality feeling.
