Good location, spacious rooms French charm. Staff is very charming
We were allowed a very late check-in. The booking site says 15, but it can be moved to 16; in our case it was moved to 17:30. that is many hours of waiting when it is 35 degrees in Paris. In an old building like this the pipes smell.

Location is good, wifi is good, apartment is spacious, there were some coffee cups, good price compared to other stays
Very small elevator (you cannot fit a stroller or large suitcase in), construction work during our stay, we had to wait till 16h to check-in and at that point they were still cleaning the apartment for 1.5 hours, bad signage in the building which makes it difficult at first to find your apartment (there are multiple stairs and elevators)
