kitchen had everything needed to use it (pots, pans, plates, etc) shower was good and modern, bedrooms had curtains. it was very quite, there was a fan and portable AC to use on hot days. great location a few minutes drive from main street.

the furniture was eclectic, one of the bedrooms door is in the stairs so they had handles to hold when you step in and a box was placed on one of the stairs to help you step in and out of the room. Don't count on the sofa bed it has a very hard mattress about 4 inches on a wooden base (extremely hard), it is placed in the kitchen and if you open it you would not have place for the folding table, there are no curtains in the kitchen (where the sofa bed is), this is not a good solution if you need a 4th bed.

Clean property. Nice neighborhood. Clear instructions for stay and departure. Easy access to everything.
