Our experience here was fantastic. Patty communicated routinely throughout our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. She gave us recommendations for places to check out, and answered all of my questions. This was the perfect place to stay for our family of four. It is a basement apartment, so there is some noise from above, however that is well communicated in the listing so we knew to expect it. Earplugs and sound machines were provided. Overall, a fantastic place to stay while we explored Denver.

Patty was a wonderful host to our family while we stayed in her basement for 6 weeks to help our daughter move. Patty was super helpful with neighborhoods and giving us her take on Denver living. It was much appreciated. The basement itself was cozy and comfortable with everything you might need. The location was close to hospital which we were looking for. We highly recommend!
