This is our second time staying here. And as a family, we enjoy it. So we keep this one always in mind. If it's us perfectly and the hot tub is great because after sitting in cold water on the river all day, it's nice to relax while dinner's cooking.

Lovely property! Safe and quiet. The furniture was sooo comfortable including the bedrooms. We will stay here again and have recommended family and friends.

We stayed here with 3 other couples for the weekend to enjoy floating the Guadalupe. This property was perfect for 4 couples! We enjoyed the outdoor space and the deer got plenty of food from us. The check in/out process was super easy and we really appreciated the minimal requirements at check out. It made it easy for us to get out Sunday morning to get back home to our kids.
