Great place. Everything you could need. No complaints at all. Very dog friendly. Loved it. You will not be sorry you rented this place.

Our stay at Avalon Beach house was amazing. Everything we expected and more for our Outer Banks stay. The house was clean and well stocked. Amenities were amazing!! The availability of beach chairs, beach tent, cooler and etc was truly a plus. The parking pass for beach parking was an incredible perk. We easily found a spot and were within steps of the beach. This location is perfect and in the middle of everything. We walked to the sound (just down the street) several nights to watch the sunset. Our two dogs traveled with us and the puppy amenities were incredible. Check in was easy and the welcome basket was a nice surprise. A beautifully updated interior and great porch to relax. Had a couple of minor issues and the hosts were very quick to respond. We left a a pair of AirPods and the hosts found them and mailed them to us. Above and beyond, thank you. Truly a wonderful OBX stay. We will be back.

Our family enjoyed ourselves staying at this pet friendly home near the beach! The hosts even left us a goodie basket upon arrival which was very kind and welcoming. We look forward to returning to the OBX again and would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect, had everything we needed and more. The bikes were a great touch my kids loved being able to ride around. We had a great time.
