Communication was great! View and location was amazing!!! We didn't see the beach chairs that were available to us and there was hair found that was definitely not ours in multiple places. But overall we had a great trip with an amazing location.

Great house and even better view!!!! House was great, more beautiful than advertised and the view is just amazing-nothing like waking up to that view!!! Had rain most of our trip but the house was comfortable for us to even enjoy being stuck indoors . There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach which is great when you fly in....Had 6 adults and plenty of room, looking forward to coming back again next year!

Great location with easy access to rosemary beach and seaside. Loved being able to wake up and enjoy coffee while taking in the amazing views. Well worth the price for the convenience of walking straight down to the beach. Rental is well stocked with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our annual 30a beachgiving was lovely. The weather was great and to have an 80 degree day on the beach for Thanksgiving was a real treat. We are a family of 5 adults so having the kids bedroom next to the front door did not bother us, but if you have young kids, I would be very worried about thier ability to sneak out the front door. The owners have beach chairs that you can use and the table outside is really nice. There are no deck lounge chairs for this unit. My one big issue is the shared deck space facing the beach. This unit sits in the middle of 5 total condos. 2 to the left and 2 to the right. That deck is a shared space, but not private. The neighbors were not welcoming to us so we cut our trip short a day because of the lack of privacy.
