Beautiful property, loved the swimming pool! The code didn’t work when we first arrived, but they quickly got us a new code and got us inside. The rooms were great and everything was clean. The outdoor area was beautiful and inviting, the only issue was the mosquitos and bugs. Of course being in Florida this is inevitable, but wondered if spraying for them would help? It was hard to hang out in the outdoor area due to all the mosquitos. Overall, the property was wonderful and in a great location! Thank you! We would definitely recommend this property!

Our week long stay was excellent from check-in to checkout! The house was perfect for our stay with our grown kids and grandkids with the pool and outdoor living space along with the beach being close enough to walk to. We will definitely be back!

Pool was great!

The pool and outside set up was beyond amazing! We had so much fun watching March Madness outside while the kids enjoyed the pool. Short walk to beach and to so many shops and restaurants. Inside layout is perfect. This was our second time at Sunshine Reef and will continue to stay here in the future.
