Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood near a park for kids and animals to play. Close to shopping and some special events. I rented to be close to the Dr.s office for my appointment. Host is very friendly and responsive and truly made us feel at home.

We really enjoyed staying at this place. Would choose it again.

Nice older home in quiet NE heights neighborhood with peaceful backyard. Great little shaded park with playground a block from home. Kitchen is well stocked with eating and cooking utensils. Host is very responsive. There are a variety of local and chain restaurants in the vicinity. Close the freeway access. Takes only 20 minutes to get to the Zoo, Biopark, Explora Museum, Museum of Natural History, and Old Town. 10 minute drive to Sandia Peak Tram.

The house size and layout were great for our family. It is also conveniently located for restaurants and shops. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The home is in need of some maintenance and upkeep. When we stayed there were light bulbs burnt out in several rooms, the master bath sinks filled with water and drained slow, the tub had a leak, and the dryer didn't work (which is a bigger deal when you're traveling across the country with your family!), and there were other small things that need some attention. With some attention to these details the house would be great! No problems with checking in and out or anything else.
