Great location, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was nice, but the hot tub appeared unclean, so we didn't use it. The pool area also had some debris, and the skimmer was unusable, making it difficult to clean. Since it's an older home, some doors didn't latch well and would occasionally open on their own.Communication with the owners/property management was generally responsive. However, after unplugging what we thought was an nonworking Google speaker to use the outlet, we received multiple messages asking us to reconnect the internet immediately and that if we didn’t comply they would come over and ask us to leave immediately. The wifi password wasn’t correct so we weren’t using the internet which we informed them upon arrival. The thermostat was also adjusted remotely, and we were told neighbors had reported excessive noise. We complied with all requests. Our group was respectful, and we were not aware of any noise issues. We left the home in excellent condition. While others may have a different experience, the communication and management interactions during our stay would make me unlikely to book this property again, especially considering the price.

This house was perfect for our group, and we would definitely go back! It was in a perfect location to easily walk downtown, and it had plenty of towels, washcloths, pool towels, toiletries, and cooking utensils! The backyard and pool were also a plus! We had an awesome weekend!

Beautiful home and property in a great location. We had a great time hanging out in the pool and walking through the beautiful neighborhood to get to town for dinners and nightlife. The host was accommodating and easy to work with. My only call out is the steps going upstairs are a little steep so hold onto the railing when going up and down! Overall fantastic trip, highly recommend!

The host was spot on from booking to arrival and departure. Asked and answered quickly. Home was quaint and comfortable. The family took advantage of pool and hot tub. We loved that space. Convenient to town and if you know St Augustine? Adequate parking. Overall great stay.
