The physical address provided was incorrect and did not match the address on the map. No instructions were provided in how to operate hot tub or appliances (“Cheat Sheet”) as referenced. The outdoor seating does not accommodate for the maximum number of guests. There is only one refrigerator and it is relatively small for a house of this size. There are no large skillets/pans if cooking for a larger group. Otherwise, the house was nice, clean and in a good quiet location close to Hochatown and the State Park.

The home was perfect for our guests. The host was always available and answered questions quickly.

Great cabin with an ideal layout for multiple families to sleep and hangout outside

We had 13 people in our group, 4 King Suites! Perfect for the couples and 6 bunk beds. The kids loved the game room! We had a lot of rainy days, the game room was a Godsend and fully stocked with board games. The backyard has a big fire pit and my 4 year old granddaughter made her first s’more!Hot tub was amazing with lots of jets. Us early risers loved sitting outside, sipping coffee and hearing all the birds waking up. It was damp in the morning so one thing I would have liked is to turn on the outdoor fireplace but all fireplaces turned off for summer. We had a hot rainy week but had a great time whatever we did. Hochatown and surrounding area is beautiful, nature at its best. The one big negative about this rental was the long winding dirt road to get there. It didn’t bother the younger drivers, just us, Nana and Papa and our aches and pains. My husband has back problems and it was rough on him. I would love to come back in the fall sometime and when I hear that they paved the road. We recommend this “cabin” and Broken Bow area, loved it!
