This,I believe, was the 3rd time renting a unit from Allie. I Appreciated the very quick communication with Allie and emma. this unit was literally steps from the pool which was convenient. This unit came well equipped with both Keurig and drip coffee pots. Wonderful ice maker in the new LG suite of appliances. Having a washer and dryer in unit came in very handy. Bring your own fragrance free detergent if you use that kind. AC kept the bedroom wonderfully cool overnight. Bathroom had amenities in the shower and great water flow from the shower head. Had a few books, DVDs and jigsaw puzzles to borrow from. We didn't use the electric BBQ this time but is nice to have. My parents came to stay for a night so we gave them The bedroom and hoped for the best in the pullout couch. It was a decent 4" thick dense foam mattress. More comfortable than I anticipated. The property itself is so peaceful. we love coming here year after year.

Great stay at Legacy Villas! Great proximity to pool and comfortable bed.

Place was perfect for us. Love proximity to pool with a toddler.

Property:Great location.Clean.Quiet.Absolutely terrible parking accommodations! On two separate days, we had to park 200 and 400 yds away from our unit. NOT addressed at all on your website; you are intentionally misinforming potential tenants!Home:Clean. No mention of shared floor; felt like we had additional occupants. The ONLY thing separating us from them was a locked door. Could CLEARLY hear them whenever they were home.Furniture, inside and out, dated and uncomfortable.Email communication:Very good.
