Hotel Marwa Tashkent Pool&Spa

We traveled Uzbekistan for a month. We stayed Hotel Marwa in the beginning and the end of trip for 3 nights each. The hotel is very well located, right next to the Chorus Bazaar. There is also a very nice supermarket and a bank across the street. We enjoyed buffet breakfast in pleasant courtyard. The pool and SPA was very nice additional features after long flight and long trip. Room are specious and big windows with lots of light. The hotel staffs are very attentive, Kind and speak excellent English. I want shout out to administrators Muhammad, who was very kind to us. The day we checking out to Nukus, my husband started sick and he took care of him with a great care. So we both so happy to see him agin at the end trip when we came back the Hotel. Thank you Muhammad. Hope to see you again in the future.

Well located, within walking distance of Chorsu Bazaar and two metro stations. Good breakfast. We especially enjoyed the private use of pool, steam room, and sauna.

Clean facilities, very helpful staff, wifi was good, and they have an elevator. Shower was decent.

This is a fantastic property. We rented a family room, which is a couple of rooms connected through a small central common hall. Both rooms had comfortable beds and a very good size. The pool & spa aspect of this property is what sets it apart. We booked two different spaces, at no additional cost. On the night of our arrival, at 9:30pm and after a lot of walking, we booked a private area with a small pool and a sauna. It was heaven. The next day we booked the area of the larger pool. We liked better the first experience, but the second was also good. Excellent and varied breakfast. But like anywhere else in Uzbekistan, the staff at the reception made our stay so much better. What a great service. They gave us water, tea, and coffee in copious amounts. They made sure we knew where we were going and what to do in the city. They doubled check that our taxi was taking us to the right train station as we departed to Bukhara.

Everything was great. I can see how some tourists would prefer a hotel closer to Tashkent City Park, but keep in mind that the pool & spa factor make of this property a great value and that the Tashkent metro system makes very easy to get anywhere fast, so the exact location does not matter as much. It's very close to the main bazaar.
