We recently stayed at this rental home. Our vacation was perfect from start to finish. Very clean, well maintained home. The location couldn’t have been better with a walk across to the lake and views are spectacular! Kitchen stocked well with pots and pans, appliances, dishes, etc. Beds and baths well supplied with fresh linens and bath towels. Max, the host of the property, is very kind and communicates with you from start to finish to make sure your needs are met.
Highly recommend this property and would definitely book another vacation here. 😎. Our family is planning our visit for next year.

We stayed for 5 nights with our family. Love the location which allowed us to swim and kayak right across from the property. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths as advertised but be aware that the 4 th bedroom and bath are a separate apartment accessed below the deck of the house. We loved it for our son from out of state. The house is dated but has what you need. The host, Max, was great with communication!
I hope he will make the needed updates soon so I can give more stars.

This was our second summer at this rental and we had another wonderful trip. This cabin has everything needed to feel right at home and Max adds a personal touch where you know he takes pride in the property. We will be back!!

As I learned from the owner his cabin was built by he and his family in the 70’s. This cabin looks exactly the same as when it was built, it could definitely use some updating. The kitchen sink had a chronic leak, most of the screens were missing which was hard because all the windows needed to be opened because the home has no air circulation. The screen door kept coming off track so I contacted the owner and he sent someone out to put it back on tract, it actually needs replacement. The beds and couch beds are extremely uncomfortable, the twin beds felt like sleeping on a table!
There is a downstairs unit which smells like mold. The one benefit of the home
was the fact that it has views of Donner Lake and is directly across the street from the lake.
We have stayed in multiple cabins and homes over the years but this one was very disappointing, we will not be returning there next year.
