Great location and really family friendly. Great staff at the bars and restaurants.

Housekeeping is extremely poor. Getting something like a bottle of water to the room takes around 4 hours with multiple followups even after making the request on the app and on phone. Front office staff is hit and miss. Nathaniel and Diamond were great. Couldn’t get a cake for my wife’s birthday even after assurance from the customer service desk at TAINO. Go for dinner at around 7pm if you want seats at any of the specialty restaurants

I like the size of the room, the food in the buffet, some of the staff is very friendly and nice.

The room, the buffet and the sport bar has some smell to humidity. The shower is not too clean, the do housekeeping every day but not a good and detailed clean, specially in the bathrooms

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to poor communication and unprofessional customer service. My reservation was some how made for two guests through Booking.com, but I requested to change it to one. After nearly two hours at reception, during which I was on the phone with Booking.com while they attempted to coordinate with the hotel, the hotel confirmed the revised rate, my reservation was updated, and I paid the agreed amount in full. Despite this, the following day, the hotel unexpectedly demanded an additional $170 and deactivated my room key, preventing me from accessing my room. The manager was unavailable, and the receptionist was rude and dismissive, insisting that I pay the additional charge. After multiple calls to Booking.com (which is very hard to get a representative in the line), the hotel finally acknowledged the following morning that my reservation and payment were correct, allowing me to continue my stay without further charges. This entire situation was unnecessary, stressful, and handled very poorly. Guests should never be denied access to their rooms or treated like this over an issue that had already been resolved. Overall, a very disappointing experience that reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer service.
