The location near the leather markets was extremely central to all the attractions in the Florence. The breakfast in the mornings was more than adequate. It was still fairly hot in early September and it was a bonus that there was air conditioning.

So very well located. There was shopping and great restaurants just outside the door. We could walk to everything else easily. We were there during a very hot time and the ac worked very well. It was clean and they had a nice small breakfast area. There is free wifi. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage after checkout so we could see a few more things. We would stay here again.
The shower had a wonderful rain showerhead but they need a door or curtain on the shower to keep water from going out into the bathroom. There is a partial glass wall but it isn’t long enough.

Great location in Florence, friendly helpful Staff. Room was clean and included complimentary stocked fridge and Coffee Maker.
Didn't have a rack to put our suitcase on.

The location is very central, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.
Rooms are clean and tidied up daily.
Rooms are spacious with comfortable mattress and pillows.
Basic breakfast to get you going.
The B&B is located amidst a daily market so it is is very noisy especially when the market closes at night and opens early in the morning (tents are removed and re-installed daily), and during the weekend.
Second floor, no elevator & no one to help with luggage.
When I complained on a Saturday about hot water not being available I was told no technician is available until Tuesday (Monday was a holiday).
