Staying in Frankie was such a wonderful and unique stay. The location was great, very central to restaurants and surrounding attractions such as the Three Sisters Lookout and Scenic World. Frankie was very clean and well insulated for being a retro Airstream. The heater and heated blanket were very much needed in this cold weather and made Frankie extra cosy. Great amenities as well, Frankie had everything we could have needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

The airstream is located off a gravel road surrounded by homes. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the train station. If you have roller luggage take a taxi as the sidewalk for over half the walk is in poor repair with cracks and buckling. The backyard is private with a fence and trees but there is no view of the Blue mountains. The windows are hard to open and close and due to age or a film covering them you can not see through any of them. Inside has been nicely updated and the bedding is comfortable. We were unable to turn on the heat and called the number for Heidi listed in our information email, left a message and never heard back. Our refundable bond was issued once I emailed them several days after our departure.
