Justin and Janis did an amazing job with this place. Best rental we have stayed in. So many easter eggs with the theme hidden through the house. Definitely coming back here again and letting others know.

My family loved this house! It was so fun to find the secret rooms and look at all the hobbit related books and deco. Would love to book again.

The place was clean and comfortable. I liked that it was secluded and had amazing views. Very well furnished and my kids loved the LTR theme! I will definitely be staying there again in the future.
