The house was very nice and clean. It was very comfortable for the size of our family. Michael and Christine were very sweet and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be returning.

Spacious and comfortable with 6 adults and we were never on top of each other. The pool was a perfect touch, nice and relaxing after a long day at the beach. The outdoor shower and available hose came in handy. Location is perfect, close to everything! We walked to Coffee Waves each morning. Ample parking too. We had 3 vehicles and a 6 seater buggy easily parked in the driveways. I recommend Sunshine on Nine.

We were able to see the Fourth of July fireworks from the back porch and loved the house. Beds were comfy pool was nice for down time and very convenient to everything we needed with a golf cart. Would stay again.
