The property is extremely close to the beach about 3 blocks walking distance. Plenty of stuff the house has to use at the beach such as chairs a carrier. The house amenities were perfect. Plenty of towels and sleeping arrangements. The site is pet friendly but will require a 150$ pet cleaning fee which is reasonable. Plenty of stuff to do around the area. Highly recommended.

Very nice property with a short walk to the beach. Loved our time there!

Good use of space, clean, well stocked, beds were comfortable, nice location for most of the islands.

We stayed here for 5 nights in Oct. Although the location was excellent the cleanliness was questionable. It was advertised with a hot tub but the hot tub only had 2 speeds, low speed and medium speed. One side of the tub jets did not work at all. We were in a hot bath, not a hot tub. Plus it didn't maintain the temperature. It cooled down significantly in the course of an hour. The outdoor shower had a plastic cap in it and a bar of soap. Around the vents was fuzz and cobwebs and the intake vent was furry. We also had a live roach and 2 dead ones. And there were cheese wrappers on the floor downstairs. The hot tub was a disappointment because that was the main reason we picked this place. I contacted the contact person the day before we left and he told me I should have contacted him sooner so he could fix the problems we encountered. Although he might have been able to clean up the vents and outdoor shower, we would not have been able to unsee what we saw. In spite of theses deficiencies, we had a good time in Nags Head .
