Lift accessible, centrally located, clean sheets and towels which was great, all necessary cookware was there in kitchen. Building was secured with private parking in basement.

Location is very good
Roundabout near the location gets flooded in rain. Have stayed for last 3 years at the same property but feel quality is degrading. Flat was not ready on arrival. Found left over food in cabinet. No daily cleaning in contrary to what is advertised. Water supply was disrupted for several hours due to an incident in basement but there was no alternate provided. Had trouble consistently with living room air conditioner.
