The pool was not working properly when we checked in. The owner did not realize the problem until the pool maintenance man discovered it. It took a couple of days to repair, and we were able to enjoy it on the last day of our stay. The house was very nice and well maintained.

This house was exceptionally clean. The pool was a great place to relax after a day of adventures. Great communication with the hosts and the house was well stocked little extras that made our stay easy (pool noodles, extra towels, coffee bar, etc).

If I could give this property/host 10 stars I would. We have been renting homes in Spring Hill for the past 6 years and this was the nicest. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Everything was in good working order. All the furniture and beds were comforatble. The kitchen was well appointed. There was everything we needed plus extras we've never found at other places. The pool area was great for lounging and floating. The screened room was perfect for coffee in the morning. We enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire pit on a few chilly evenings.Janet and Bruce were easy to contact if we needed to ask questions and they always replied quickly. We will definitely want to return!

Owners were very responsive and helpful with our stay. Kids said they wanted to stay here again.
