Our group was a multigenerational family with grandparents, adults and young children. The pool was perfect for the four year old. Shallow enough for him to stand and the deep end great for adults. The wading pool was perfect for the two year old. Whoever designed this property understands families. The table on the patio is huge - easily seating 10 people. It was also great for coloring and games. The layout of the house was perfect for us. A downstairs bedroom for grandparents, upstairs for parents, kids and uncle. The staff at Rent Nosara were very responsive and helpful. The four year old has announced he is returning next year. I hope we can make that happen.

Beautiful very functional super clean spacious house. Love it. Highly recommended.

The house and gardens were beautiful. There was a locked gate to our driveway and the house had security system. We enjoyed the pool and lounge areas. It was wonderful to still be able to sit outside even during rain because all the outdoor area is covered. Great for shade as well. Many Butterflies and Hummingbirds all around the garden. An impressive iguana lived there also! He kept to himself but, he made several appearances. The kitchen had all that we needed. It was a great space for our family. Close to the beach. We enjoyed delicious breakfast and coffee at “Sunrise Coffee” just down the street. We had a really reliable, friendly Tuk Tuk driver - Steven, and also a great car service “Black Car” that we used for transportation as well. Only negative- The towels were stained and the sofa as well.

Absolutely wonderful! Clean, new home with optimal indoor/ outdoor space. Open concept, large, well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous gardens and pool, genius idea to have the poolside bathroom and outdoor shower. Laundry room, ample towels and very comfortable beds. 7 mins walk to Playa Pelada and just over the hill to Playa Guiones for epic surf and sunsets.
