Booked two appartments for 5 adults and extra bed in one appartment. No extra bed provided . Only received key to one appartment and after several hours and contacting host got the key to second appartment . Host was not good with communicating and didn’t answer emails , calls or messages and hung up on us on one occasion. I had to contact booking.com for help and assistance.
