Excellent staff, Nihad and Laxmi are fabulous hosts. Great location, wonderful apartment and great facilities. Very close to old town, zoomarine and shopping centre. Wonderful breakfast and great service throughout the day.

The staff were extremely welcoming and always checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was fine. Whenever we asked for anything, they were quick to help or bring it right away. The property offers plenty of amenities if you plan to stay on-site without going out to explore. Almost everything matches the photos they posted, with a few minor exceptions (such as the fitness room, which doesn't look like the photos). Inside the room, there is a fully equipped kitchen with tableware for anyone who wants to cook.

First of all, the pictures look much better than the reality on the ground. The kitchen furniture is old, chipped, and scratched, giving off a feeling of being dirty—you really don't feel like touching anything there. The room furniture is similarly old; it’s just painted on the outside, and it smells musty inside. The bathroom is just as old and unsightly. The toilet paper holder kept falling off, and the shower cabin was very small and moldy. Inside the shower, there was shower gel and shampoo in a wall-mounted dispenser. At the sink, there was only one small bar of soap, which was replaced after 3 days. The bed linens and towels were also changed after 3 days, but only after we specifically requested room cleaning. Overall, the room looks like it's stuck in the 1980s (we stayed in room no. 10—the one in the photos with the red pillows on the bed and air conditioner). Breakfast remained unchanged for 7 days and was very basic. For vegetables, there were only tomatoes and cucumbers. For coffee and eggs, you had to ask a staff member to prepare them for you. The fitness room opens at 9:00 AM, is very dark, and lacks equipment. Being an early riser, I ran around the city until 9:00 AM, when breakfast started. Overall, we managed fine because we are not picky and every day we left in the morning after breakfast and returned late in the evening. However, compared to other places we've stayed, this property definitely doesn't deserve its 9.0 rating on Booking.com.
